Training has always been a strategic part of CM’s business philosophy and it has invested with a budget of over Rs. 30 Million to put in place an integrated in-house Information & Training Academy.
This academy constructed in a modern concept has been specifically planed to accommodate its purpose with a product display area, a lecture room, practice areas for demonstrations and hands on training, color lab, equipment service & maintenance room, a lounge area for relaxation and changing rooms for training participants. The training staffs are all qualified instructors and receive on-going skills development courses from all our partner principals.

The CM Training Academy also offers customized trainings based on specific requirements from customers.CM is the authorized body and paint training partner for Suzuki, Honda, Mercedes Benz, BMW & Audi in Pakistan.
Crisis Management held its staff and dealer conference, TEAM QUEST, on the 20th and 21st Dec 2008 at the Ranikot Fort, Sindh, Pakistan. Ranikot Fort is one of the largest fortifications in the world and is located 262 kms from the city of Karachi.
The central theme was learning the dynamics of team work, effective communication, resource management and most of all having fun through the learning experience.
